Here are the details of the Worry Free Guarantee:
- Call us within five (5) days of your delivery or pickup to redeem the Worry Free Guarantee
- All Worry Free Guarantee returns must be in original condition from a smoke-free environment and must be free of animal hair.
- Delivery charge is not refundable on Worry Free Guarantee sales.
- Due to state law regarding re-sale of bedding, mattresses cannot be returned.
- George’s Furniture does not cover damage to items caused by abuse, neglect, improper handling, or accidents.
- Items older than (1) year will be subject to manufacturer’s warranty and may result in labor cost for installation or repairs.
- All items sold “AS IS” will be subject to manufacturer’s warranty. Costs of labor for installation and repair may apply.
- Any price matching quotes must be in writing on a store invoice or part of advertised price of a brick and mortar location. George’s Furniture will not price match internet advertised prices.
- Price matching must be on the exact same piece of furniture, we will not price match comparable items.
- Price match quotes are valid within 30 days of date of purchase.
